Body Mass Index (BMI) Calculator

Body mass index (BMI) is a measure of body fat based on height and weight that applies to both adult men and women. BMI is an index of a person's weight in relation to height, not body type such as bone or muscle mass or individual factors such as pregnancy. Always talk with your doctor with any questions you have about your BMI.
